Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning for our local client's frequent office needs. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office policies and procedures; recommend improvements as needed.
- Support HR and finance teams with onboarding, payroll, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise administrative staff (if applicable).
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.Preferred Skills
