About the Role

We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our Creator Monetization team - the engine that helps 7+ million creators turn their passion into sustainable careers. Our team’s mission is to empower creators to continue doing what they love by building intuitive, accessible monetization tools, programs, and resources that reward authentic community engagement. You'll work on the engineering systems that directly impact creators’ livelihoods, building and scaling the platforms that enable the Twitch Partner Program, DJ Program, Plus Program, and Extensions Monetization. These are the large-scale distributed systems that allow creators to monetize, calculate creator earnings, and power revenue analytics that help creators understand and grow their income on Twitch.

You Will

• Build systems that matter : Contribute to experiences and services that power creator earnings, payouts, and monetization programs that directly impact millions of creators’ livelihoods
• Deliver code with impact : Write and maintain code in Go, TypeScript, or other languages in our stack, with mentorship from senior engineers and tech leads who will help you grow
• Solve problems that span multiple teams : Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers across the organization to understand complex requirements and deliver elegant solutions
• Shape how we build : Improve engineering processes, participate in design discussions, and contribute to code reviews that raise the bar for the entire team
