Job Summary
We are seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join our team onsite in Los Angeles, CA . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, supporting client needs, and creating smooth and professional experiences throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary support contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring they are informed throughout each project stage.
Track project updates and relay information between clients and internal teams.
Support the client experience during events, presentations, and project deliverables.
Maintain organized client files, records, and communication logs.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the client services and project management teams.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work onsite at our Los Angeles office (not a remote position).
