Housing and Shelter Program Floater
Position : Housing and Shelter Program Floater
Site / Program : Housing and Shelter Programs
Reports to : Director of HSPs (Housing and Shelter Programs) and Associate Manager of HSPs
Compensation : $22 per hour. part-time on call, flexible as needed, non-exempt position. Benefits include medical, vacation, sick leave, and paid working holidays.
Deadline : Immediately interviewing on a rolling basis until position is filled.

Position Summary :
The floater is responsible for supporting the health and well-being of residents / participants at different Mission Action housing and shelter programs. In terms of site operations, they will monitor and maintain site safety, respond to emergencies, manage conflict resolution, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidates will have professional and / or lived experience related to HIV / AIDS, youth, families, adults, LGBTQ, and Latinx community.
