Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers, providing mentoring and guidance to meet performance expectations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize the product roadmap

Manage hiring processes and performance management for the engineering team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in software engineering, computer science, or a related field

5+ years of experience in back-end software development, preferably with Ruby on Rails

3+ years of experience in people / team management

Extensive experience in developing and integrating large-scale web applications

Familiarity with software engineering best practices and proficiency in version control using Git
