Cognitive Linguist - Hybrid

Summary

UX and Data Strategy Cognitive Linguist will be responsible for building and maintaining a classifier for a virtual assistant to be able to accurately identify end-user intent. The linguist will be responsible for the automation of updating the classifier periodically throughout development lifecycles.

Day to day responsibilities :

• Design conversation flows and create strategies for the virtual assistant to scale
• Monitor conversations in the application to identify underperforming content and develop solutions to improve the performance
• Identify and build datasets to train and test machine learning models
• Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, UX researchers, and engineers
