Job description

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support cloud software and hardware products.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical point of contact for hardware and software support cases

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues by analyzing system logs and error codes

Manage the incident management process, ensuring visibility of known issues across the business

Required Qualifications

4+ years of advanced technical support experience

Experience supporting cloud-based SaaS solutions

Foundational knowledge of SQL, APIs, and error logging

Experience writing technical defect reports for Engineering teams

Prior experience with SSO and non-SSO authentication systems
