Key Responsibilities of the Radiation Therapist :

Administer radiation treatments as prescribed by oncologists.

Accurately position patients and operate radiation therapy equipment.

Monitor patient responses and provide compassionate care throughout treatment.

Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Collaborate with the oncology care team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements :

ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy.

Active West Virginia state license (if required).

Minimum 1–2 years of recent experience as a Radiation Therapist.

Current BLS certification.

Strong patient care, communication, and technical skills.
