The Marketplace Associate plays a key role in managing and optimizing product listings, sales, and overall performance across the BenefitHub online marketplaces. This role combines data analysis, marketing coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and ensure a seamless experience for both merchants and customers.
You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and compelling product content, monitoring pricing and inventory, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting vendor relationships. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Listing Management : Create, maintain, and optimize product listings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with marketplace and merchant guidelines.
- Sales & Performance Analysis : Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates. Use data insights to inform business decisions and recommend strategies to improve sales and customer experience.
- Inventory & Pricing : Monitor product availability, manage stock levels, and adjust pricing to remain competitive and aligned with business goals.
- Marketing & Promotions : Support the development of marketing materials, assist in executing promotional campaigns, and collaborate on sales enablement initiatives.
- Vendor Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace vendor partners, ensuring clear communication and smooth operational alignment.
- Customer Service Support : Partner with the Customer Support team to address product listing issues, refunds, and site-related concerns.
- Administrative Support : Assist with administrative tasks such as order processing, report preparation, and campaign documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Product, Legal, and Customer Support teams to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives and seamless business operations.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelFamiliarity with eCommerce and online marketplace platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExperience in eCommerce or marketplace management preferred (23 years)Basic knowledge of SEO and product listing optimization is a plusBenefits
