Responsibilities

• Establish and manage your agile team ceremonies.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand the team's roadmap and provide insights on feasibility.
• Remove impediments enabling the team to work efficiently and focus on the most important work.
• Identify and escalate risks and capacity challenges to the Product Owner, offering innovative solutions.
• Adapt and mature the team's agile methodology based on business needs, team dynamics, and process efficiency.
• Identify individual coaching and support needs.
• Build and analyze agile reports providing critical insight to the team.
• Support various creative projects as a Project Manager by refining Jira stories and managing the detailed project plan, schedule, and dependencies.
• Leverage Agile and Lean practices to drive continuous improvements.
