Salary : $20-$25 DOE
The Project Coordinator (Seasonal) will report to the Program Coordinator, monitor work sites daily, and coordinate among participants and worksite supervisors.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Program Coordinator with the supervision of all administrative activities, including worksite assignments, conducting enrollment interviews, ensuring the completion and submission of all participant forms to the Program Coordinator, and picking up and dropping off participant time sheets, evaluations, and surveys.
- Responsible for preparing weekly site monitoring reports.
- Responsible for supervising, compiling, accurate, and timely reporting of all program statistics for the Program Director and the Director of Programs and Job Development before submission to the relevant agencies.
Minimum Requirements :
- Minimum of an Associates Degree or at least two years of College
- A two (2) year work history with computer experience is required.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work a flexible and occasionally hectic schedule.
- Knowledge of SEL and PYD
- Ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of East Flatbush, Flatbush, Crown Heights, and Canarsie neighborhoods
