Job description7+ years with UKG configuration and integration. 2+ years working with ADP systems (Workforce Now, Vantage, or similar). Strong knowledge of payroll processing, data mapping, and interfaces. Skilled in troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team communication. California payroll experience is a plus.
UKG / ADP Integration & Configuration Consultant
Summary :
Seeking an experienced HRIS professional to reconfigure UKG settings, translate pay codes, and build interfaces between UKG and ADP for a multibillion-dollar leader in their industry. This role supports seamless payroll and HR data integration across systems. This is an immediate need and 6-8 week project.
Responsibilities :
- Reconfigure UKG (Pro / Ready / Dimensions) background settings, including pay and earning codes.
- Design and maintain interfaces between UKG and ADP.
- Map and translate pay codes and payroll elements from UKG to ADP.
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
- Document changes, validate data, and support payroll / HR teams.
