What You'll Do

Drive Strategic Transformation

• Partner with C-suite executives at Fortune 500 Consumer Goods companies to define transformation visions worth $10M+ in business value
• Lead AI-accelerated discovery sessions, using tools like NotebookLM to rapidly synthesize complex customer data and surface transformation opportunities
• Design future-state business processes focused on Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Retail Execution (REX)
• Co-create roadmaps that connect technology investments to measurable KPIs and ROI

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $162,600 to $268,900. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $147,800 to $244,500. For New Jersey based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $162,600 to $268,900. For Massachusetts based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $162,600 to $268,900.
