Key Responsibilities :

• Negotiate PSAs and review leases with precision.
• Analyze environmental and property condition reports.
• Involved during the acquisition and disposition stages related to legal coordination and post-closing.
• Review settlement statements and ensure insurance compliance.
• Lead post-closing handoff meetings to ensure smooth transitions.
• Build relationships with attorneys, brokers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline processes.
