California Licensed Credentialing Specialist

A company is looking for a Licensing and Credentialing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the process of securing and maintaining licenses, certifications, and permits for healthcare providers and facilities

Accurately enter and maintain practitioner and provider data in databases and generate reports for tracking workflow

Monitor licensing and certification deadlines to ensure timely renewals and submit applications for credentialing with insurance companies

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a licensing and credentialing role with increasing responsibilities

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Proficient knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently

Behavioral health-centered experience is a plus but not required
