Shift Deburrer
The Shift Deburrer will perform mechanical assembly of sub-assemblies and large components, working both independently and as part of a team. This role involves reading and following entry-level blueprints, shop orders, specifications, and other instructions to accurately and timely build and assemble parts and equipment. The position requires precise measurement of parts using scales, micrometers, and calipers, as well as the use of overhead crane and rigging procedures.
Responsibilities :
Perform mechanical assembly of sub-assemblies and large components.
Read and follow entry-level blueprints, shop orders, and specifications.
Build and assemble parts and equipment accurately and timely.
Measure parts accurately using scales, micrometers, and calipers.
Utilize overhead crane and rigging procedures.
Work independently and in teams to complete OEM assemblies.
Essential Skills :
Proficiency in reading and assembling from 2D and 3D prints.
Possession of a personal set of tools.
Ability to work independently with limited training.
Experience using rigging equipment, power tools, and hand tools.
Ability to travel for equipment installs up to 5 weeks a year.
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Education equivalent to a High School diploma.
Mathematical skills for metric system conversions.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and manufacturing instructions.
Knowledge and ability to use hand tools and machine tools such as drill press, band saw, and cut-off saw.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment :
Work in a clean and well-lit facility on newly engineered equipment. The company offers 1st shift hours from 6am to 2 : 30pm and 2nd shift hours from 2pm to 10pm, with overtime available. The environment promotes growth and is equipped with modern facilities.

This is a Permanent position based out of Sheboygan Falls, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00 / yr.
