Pay : $21.00 / hour ($20.00 base + $1.00 / hour shift premium)

A leading manufacturing facility in Manitowoc is looking for an experienced and hands-on Lead Process Technician to join their  2nd shift operations. If you’re someone who enjoys troubleshooting, mentoring others, and keeping production running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role with a company that values safety, teamwork, and innovation.

What You’ll Do :

Lead and support rotational molding processes and related secondary operations.

Troubleshoot production issues and ensure product quality consistently meets customer expectations.

Set machine parameters, perform in-process inspections, and maintain production documentation.

Train, coach, and motivate team members in both technical and safety procedures.

Partner with engineering and quality teams to launch new products and improve existing processes.

Take initiative on process improvement and efficiency projects aligned with performance goals.

Provide hands-on support to production lines and cover breaks when needed.

Promote a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused work culture.

What You Bring :

3–5 years of manufacturing experience; leadership or process technician experience strongly preferred.

High school diploma or GED (technical education a plus).

Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical troubleshooting skills.

Comfortable using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and climb stairs.

Team-oriented mindset with proven ability to lead and train others.

Willingness to obtain forklift certification.
