Responsibilities
- Responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations
- Focus on the achievement of departmental initiatives including hiring, retention rates, and increasing employee engagement rates
- Ensures all departmental operations are within local, state, and federal compliance measures as well as aligned with organizational standards and expectations
- Demonstrates professionalism, leadership, effective communication, and initiative in all job responsibilities and all duties related to the management of the Skilled Nursing Department.
- All other duties or responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master's preferred
- CA RN license required
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Clinical experience
- Previous SNF management or SNF DON experience
- MDS experience
