Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a passion for operations, people development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role will work closely with senior management to oversee day-to-day operations, drive service standards, and support Flyfish Club’s continued reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily FOH operations with a strong presence on the floor
Lead, train, and inspire the FOH team to deliver consistent, elevated hospitality
Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and presentation
Collaborate with the management team on scheduling, labor management, and service initiatives
Handle guest relations with professionalism, discretion, and care
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Support execution of member events, private dining, and special experiences
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in a high-volume, high-end restaurant or private membership club
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
A refined sense of hospitality and ability to anticipate guest needs
Knowledge of P&L, labor, and inventory management a plus
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
