Operations Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and provide daily direction to team members regarding training, policies, and work production

Meet operational standards by contributing to strategic plans and resolving complex service issues

Prepare performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

3 years of related professional experience with demonstrated leadership skills

Proficiency in service, claims, or enrollment & billing areas

Preferred : Bachelor's Degree
