What does a successful Implementation Project Manager do? As a successful Implementation Project Manager at Fiserv, you will ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery. You will work directly with clients, managing the project management responsibilities to deliver credit card processing solutions for our existing Optis clients. By scheduling and coordinating key activities with other Fiserv partners, departments, external vendors, and the client, you will ensure a seamless and timely installation process that meets client requirements.

What you will do :

• Act as the primary project contact for clients and internal groups on client-related development, testing, implementation readiness, and final implementation.
• Provide continuous project feedback and status updates to key stakeholders.
• Develop project plans and related task lists as necessary.
• Manage multiple implementation tasks with other internal groups to ensure project completion in accordance with client requirements.
• Develop and maintain professional client relationships, managing expectations with respect to live dates and other key timelines.
• Provide occasional after-hour support for client implementations.
• Work with resource managers to create capacity plans and resource forecasting.
• Represent the department for internal special projects with partners.

Salary Range $72,400.00 - $124,100.00 These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
