Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead critical & strategic Networking Initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, design, delivery, and operational excellence of essential infrastructure components. You will lead a high-caliber team, ensuring the achievement of key objectives through exemplary leadership, talent development, and resource optimization. Responsibilities

As the Senior Director in OCI, you will provide leadership to multiple teams tasked with overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure projects within OCI. Your role will involve ensuring that the team\'s objectives are consistently aligned with the broader organizational goals, maintaining a strategic focus on long-term infrastructure stability and scalability. By fostering a high-performance culture, you will mentor and develop team members, creating an environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth. In terms of performance management, you will establish clear, measurable goals for both individual team members and the broader team, ensuring that these objectives are aligned with OCI\'s strategy. You will implement robust processes to monitor progress, assess performance, and maintain accountability at all levels. Your results-oriented approach will focus on delivering tangible outcomes that contribute to the success of OCI’s critical infrastructure initiatives. Your decisions will have a direct influence not only on your team but also on associated teams within OCI, contributing to the resilience and growth of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Qualifications

• A BS or MS degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in people management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale critical service.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, resource management, and performance optimization within a technology-driven environment.
• Exceptional decision-making abilities, with experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in recruiting, developing, and leading senior ICs and building high-performing teams.
• Ability to make decisions that significantly impact the organization’s infrastructure, with potential implications for revenue and long-term operational success.
• Experience in Networking and Cloud Infrastructure Operations
• Experience in managing a large-scale critical service in a Cloud computing
• Expertise in Distributed Systems, Network Operating Systems, Network Orchestration and Controller

Position details

Base pay range : $141,200.00 / yr - $338,500.00 / yr

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $141,200 - $338,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

US : Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
