What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the location to help to deter trespassing and / or other prohibited activities. Keep detailed records of patrols, observations, and incidents as required by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines. Communicate promptly with Allied Universal supervision and / or site management regarding security-related concerns or unusual situations encountered during patrols. Assist with access control procedures and help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas. Support emergency preparedness and response by following site-specific protocols and providing assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements : You must be 21 years of age or older. Supervisory experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
