United Trades of America is seeking skilled carpenters to join our team in West Point, Mississippi . The ideal candidates will have a strong background in carpentry, with experience in industrial and commercial settings. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to work on diverse projects and advance their skills in a dynamic environment.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using tools such as rulers, pencils, and chalk.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines to complete tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Qualifications :
• Strong knowledge of carpentry materials, methods, and tools. (must have own tools / PPE)
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials (up to 50lbs. unassisted) and working on ladders or scaffolding.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Prior forklift experience.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
• Pay Rate :
• $14-16 per hour
• based on experience.
