The Frontend Engineering Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering that visionleading a team that shapes the user-facing products and multiplatform experiences that power our iCasino and Sportsbook apps.

As an Engineering Manager-Frontend, you'll operate at the intersection of leadership and hands-on technical impact. You'll mentor engineers, shape the direction of our frontend and mobile architecture, and drive execution across Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), web, and native client experiences. This is a hybrid role that blends technical vision, strategic delivery, and people leadershipperfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving, innovative environments and wants to help define the future of digital sports entertainment.

Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend engineers focused on multiplatform (Kotlin) and web-based experiences.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation, ownership, and inclusionempowering engineers to experiment, learn, and deliver high-impact work.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to define clear technical and business goals.
• Drive sprint planning, technical reviews, and architecture discussions with clarity and accountability.
• Champion data-driven decisions, using metrics to guide team performance and project prioritization.
• Invest in the professional development of your teamproviding feedback, coaching, and career growth opportunities.

The expected salary range for this role is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award. Salary range : $144,000 - $205,000 per year (actual salary will be determined in part by a successful candidate's geographic location). In addition to base salary, bonus, and equity, full-time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, paid time off, and other benefits like GymPass, Pet Insurance, Family Care Benefits, and more. We'll also give you $700 to set up your home office! Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
