Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director (Administrator) to lead the daily operations of a skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for regulatory compliance, financial performance, operational oversight, and ensuring high-quality resident care while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily facility operations, including staffing and resident services

• Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations

• Lead, develop, and support department leaders and staff

• Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls

• Drive quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

• Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly

• Serve as primary contact for regulatory agencies and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• Valid Nursing Home Administrator (NHA/LNHA) license, as required by state

• 1–2 years of skilled nursing or long-term care leadership experience preferred

• Strong leadership, financial, and regulatory knowledge

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
