Essential Job Functions :

  • Drives a van with passengers on a set route.
  • Greets clients and guests, providing additional customer service.
  • Records determined data, such as mileage and passenger numbers.
  • Tracks and arranges for maintenance of van.
  • Provides general housekeeping duties.
  • Adheres to other health and safety protocols.
  • Keeps calendar up to date in electronic health record.
  • Uses GPS to ensure most efficient route is used.
  • Uses email and cell phone technology to remain in contact with supervisor and team.

Education :

  • High School Equivalent required.
  • Ability to follow and interpret basic written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to interact with guests in a friendly way.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to use GPS.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proof of automobile liability insurance.
  • Positive driving record.

    • Physical Demands :

  • Position requires lifting 50 pounds maximum, with frequent lifting and / or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Involves considerable bending, stooping, and standing.
  • Routine exposure to extreme levels of temperature, moisture / wetness, and air / noise pollution.

    • Within the bounds of their respective job descriptions, all staff are expected to exercise principle-centered leadership, focused on customer service responsiveness, with a continuous quality improvement orientation. Additionally, all staff are expected to develop a working knowledge of and follow all policies and procedures related to safety management and other Joint Commission standards.
