Job descriptionCompany : A Tier 1, well-capitalized fund with a rapidly expanding HFT division, currently executing approximately 7% of the US equity market. Positioned for significant growth and seeking to scale operations further. Overview : Seeking HFT Quants from leading firms to propel our growth from Tier 2 to Tier 1. Offering high compensation, a collaborative, research-driven environment, and a well-capitalized, stable fund with low turnover and a strong work culture. Qualifications : Expertise in HFT market making or taking at a top-tier firm. Strong capabilities in both alpha research and execution research. Experience with high Sharpe, ultra-low latency strategies.
