Job description

Run regional freight from  and enjoy steady pay, reliable miles, and predictable home time. This fleet offers training and support for recent CDL-A school graduates beginning their professional driving careers.

Job Details

  • Freight type Dry Van Drop and hook, live load / unload, and pallet-jack-assisted freight
  • Home time Every two weeks
  • Operating area AL GA FL TN KY NC SC VA PA OH and nearby states
  • Average weekly miles 1800–2300
  • Consistent year-round freight

Pay and Benefits

  • Weekly earnings 1200–1500
  • Pay rate 55–65 CPM (all miles paid)
  • Bonus Up to 8 CPM for safety and performance
  • Stop pay 15 per stop
  • Benefits after 30 days medical dental vision prescription coverage
  • 401k with company match
  • Life disability accident and critical illness insurance
  • Rider policy (age 12 +) and pet policy (dogs up to 40 lbs; trainees after solo upgrade)

    • Requirements

  • Must be 21 or older with valid CDL A
  • Minimum 6 months of verifiable TT experience
  • Clean MVR and PSP no major violations in 3 years
  • No DUI DWI in past 5 years (10 if while holding CDL)
  • Must pass DOT physical and drug test
  • Stable employment history

    • Trainee Program

  • 4–6 week mentor training program
  • Minimum 120 hours from accredited CDL school required
  • Structured path for recent graduates to gain OTR experience
