Job Title : Staff Accountant

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team at Ground Up International. This pivotal role will support business leaders by providing critical accounting insights that drive both strategic and tactical decisions. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, the Staff Accountant will be responsible for supporting the Month End Close process, maintaining the General Ledger, and contributing to financial reporting and compliance efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 23 years of accounting experience, a strong understanding of GAAP, and exposure to core accounting functions such as P&L, AP / AR, and journal entry preparation. Additionally, they will work cross-functionally with departments including Sales, Design, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Production, Partner Success, and HR by helping to optimize accounting processes and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
