Lead HVAC Technician

Westenn Mechanical is looking for a highly experienced HVAC Commercial / Residential Service Technician to join our growing company. As a Commercial / Residential service technician you must excel with both residential and commercial HVAC systems for maintenance and service to include rtu's, residential split systems, mini splits and boilers. This position requires a strong problem solving and analytical skill set along with the ability to work in any weather condition. The ability to accept change is highly important when needed while ensuring there is customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service with high standards for ethical conduct.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

• Commercial / Residential HVAC Service Experience
• Mechanical and Electrical Skills
• Problem Solving Skills
• Good Communication and Organizational Skills
• Proficient at Record Keeping
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 75 pounds
• Valid Driver's License & EPA Certification
• Knowledge to service boilers, split systems RTU's and much more
• 4 years experience
• Excellent Attendance
• Team Mentality

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
