Bachelors Degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales or related fieldMBA or equivalent preferredMinimum of 10 years experience in sales leadership including at least 5 years in a Sr. Management role.Proven experience in Site or Operational ManagementStrong understanding of operational / sales processes (SOP), strategie and technologies (e.g. CRM software)Ability to think stragetically and executate tactically / operationallyStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data driven decisions
