Job description

Accounts Payable Specialist

Location : Canonsburg, PA - 100% Onsite

Job Type : Contract

Work Authorization : No C2C or Sponsorship

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist. Ideal candidates will have strong accounts payable experience with a strong ability to resolve billing issues and increase efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Accounts Payable department
  • Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Ensure accuracy of payables and monitor the invoice cycle
  • Engage vendors to identify efficiencies

Qualifications

Education Required :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate Degree or higher preferred

    • Experience Required :

  • 3+ Years of experience processing accounts payable in a high volume position
  • Experience with software such as SAP, GP, or Sage
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
