THE ROLE

Our site in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a / an Quality Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

The Quality Department oversees product compliance across the entire factory. This role will interact with all departments and products.

What You'll Do

• Identify and eliminate waste in the Quality Department
• Drive process improvements from ideation through completion, ensuring successful implementation and cost savings
• Audit procedures, ensure they are being followed correctly
• Design fixtures and tools utilizing Solidworks, manufacture prototypes utilizing 3d printing
