Job Title : Call Center Representative

Start Date : November 17, 2025

Employment Type : 6-month contract (with strong potential for extension and eventual permanent conversion)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, must be available for any shift between 7 : 00 AM and 7 : 00 PM

About the Role

Patient Access Representatives to join our call center team in Beverly Hills, CA. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients across multiple primary care offices in Southern California, handling high-volume inbound calls and supporting scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communications.

This is a fully on-site role during training (typically 2–3 months), after which remote work may be available based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Handle 50+ calls per day in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments for multiple physicians
  • Triage patient needs and provide directions or parking instructions
  • Notify clinics of late arrivals and assist with referrals and follow-up care
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist with basic Excel workbook tasks

Must-Have Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of healthcare call center or front desk experience in a multi-physician office
  • Proficiency in EHR / EMR software
  • 2+ years of experience scheduling patient appointments
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Epic software
  • Insurance verification experience
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Familiarity with Genesis phone system

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
