Job Title : Call Center Representative

Employment Type : 6-month contract (with strong potential for extension and eventual permanent conversion)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, must be available for any shift between 7 : 00 AM and 7 : 00 PM
About the Role
Patient Access Representatives to join our call center team in Beverly Hills, CA. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients across multiple primary care offices in Southern California, handling high-volume inbound calls and supporting scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communications.
This is a fully on-site role during training (typically 2–3 months), after which remote work may be available based on performance.
