About the Role

FreshTax is growing, and we’re hiring Client Intake Specialists to be the first point of contact for individuals seeking help with IRS tax debt. Every lead you speak with has already reached out to us —there’s no cold calling .

Your job is to gather key information, qualify each client’s situation, and set them up for success with our Resolution Team. If you’re coachable, positive, and ready to make an impact, this is a great way to start a rewarding career in the tax resolution industry.

Work Environment :

• Location : 100% on-site at our Santa Ana, CA headquarters.
• Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• We pride ourselves on a collaborative, high-energy, in-person culture.
