Position : Licensed Master Social Worker (PRN – Per Visit)

Location : Prince George’s & Montgomery Counties, MD

What You’ll Do :

Complete psychosocial assessments to identify patient and family needs

Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and emotional support

Collaborate with the care team to create patient-centered plans

Advocate for patient rights and connect them with community resources

Help patients and families navigate the healthcare system

Maintain timely, accurate documentation

Participate in care conferences and discharge planning

Stay current on resources and best practices in medical social work

What We’re Looking For :

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program

Current Maryland license (LMSW or LCSW-C)

2+ years of medical or healthcare social work experience

Knowledge of community resources and healthcare systems

Strong communication, counseling, and advocacy skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compassion, empathy, and commitment to ethical practice
