Job description

Were seeking a proactive Client Experience Manager to oversee client interactions coordinate service details and ensure a seamless high-quality experience from start to finish. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing processes supporting clients and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This is perfect for individuals who work independently with resources and tools along with individuals who are self motivated

What Youll Do :

  • Manage ongoing client communications and service workflows
  • Ensure timely follow-ups confirmations and updates
  • Coordinate scheduling documentation and client requests
  • Identify and resolve issues to maintain a positive experience
  • Maintain accurate records and support process improvements

What Were Looking For :

  • Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service or client management experience (preferred not required)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while using the resources and tools provided
  • Detail-oriented reliable and tech-comfortable
  • Must be a citizen of the US UK Australia Mexico Spain and LATAM
