Director of Data Engineering

A company is looking for a Director of Data Engineering & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Drive improvements in data availability, platform reliability, and time-to-insight across product and marketing use cases

Lead and mentor a team of engineers while fostering a high-performance culture focused on quality and continuous improvement

Architect data solutions and oversee integrations with internal and external platforms

Required Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

10+ years in data engineering roles with experience in big data and ETL pipelines

5+ years of experience leading technical teams

Working knowledge of cloud technologies and technical security fundamentals

Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and database technologies
