What You'll Do

Sales Operations Specialist will support sales managers on various accounts, communicate with customers and internal teams to answer questions and resolve issues. Track and manage orders, verify pricing, work with HQ Sales team to arrange deliveries. Monitor accounts receivable, process RMA's, sample requests and create invoices for certain accounts as needed.

You will learn S.LSI business and working in a sales organization for support.

Location : Daily onsite presence in San Jose HQ location in alignment with our Flexible Work policy with an average of 1-5% travel per year.

Job ID :

  • Provide operational support to local sales managers, sales representatives, HQ personnel, and customers by responding to inquiries and resolving sales-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and customer operations teams to assess the impact of scheduling issues, recommend mitigation strategies, and align on viable alternative solutions.
  • Track and manage all open orders—including expedited requests—by verifying pricing, coordinating with HQ to ensure inventory availability, and monitoring shipment and billing progress.
  • Process daily Sales Orders (SO) and Delivery Orders (DO) based on customer Purchase Orders (PO), and continuously track billing status to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities to maximize recognized revenue and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
  • Manage customer Purchase Orders and generate sales reports as needed; maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for cross-functional teams.
  • Set up new customer accounts by collecting required documentation, and maintain accurate account information including shipping addresses, Incoterms, and other relevant data.
  • Monitor customer credit limits and accounts receivable; resolve credit issues in coordination with customers and Samsung's corporate credit team.
  • Process Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests and execute necessary sales billing adjustments.
  • Develop and update operations manuals and share best practices within the Sales Operations team to ensure process consistency.
  • Provide back-up support for teammates during PTO, weekends, or holidays on an as-needed basis.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or experience in Sales Operations / order management. preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
  • Strong proficiency with office software including PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

    Hourly Base Pay Rate

    $32.15—$40.92 USD
