Job descriptionOversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery. Manage on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals. Review project documents and ensure adherence to design specifications. Monitor project progress and provide detailed reports to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success. Foster strong relationships with clients and maintain open communication throughout the project lifecycle. A background in property construction or a related field. Strong skills in project management, cost estimation, or site supervision. Proficiency in construction software and tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A commitment to delivering high-quality results within deadlines. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $110,000, based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package, including health and retirement plans.
