Job description
Title Senior Manager of SEC Reporting / Tech Accounting
Our client, located in Falls Church, VA is searching for a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting / Tech Accounting to join their team. This position will be responsible for preparation and filing of SEC / 10K and related Proxy / 10Q reports. preparation of financial statements, drafting of footnotes and disclosures, review and analysis of technical accounting issues, share-based compensation / earnings reporting and working with external auditors. Ideally, searching for someone with 8+ years of experience, CPA and public accounting. Compensation targeted up to $190K + bonus.
