What We Need

The Salesforce Consultant will be responsible for managing strategic engagements within Radix, including designing and delivering scalable solutions using Salesforce.

com and other cloud-based technologies. The candidate will work within a revenue team designing and managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.

What You Will Do

• Lead project team to execute all project implementation phases including project planning, requirements gathering, solution design, technical setup and configuration, data management, user testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Manage internal stakeholder relationships and day-to-day interactions & escalations.
• Assist in managing process-driven initiatives and workshops related to sales processes, customer service, marketing automation, and all revenue operations.
• Define project goals, success criteria, project methodologies, and resource management.
• Drive delivery teams to produce on-time, high quality, scalable solutions that exceed our internal customers' expectations.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by encouraging and leading solution brainstorming, internal knowledge sharing, and skill development.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of Salesforce.com and other tech stack solutions as needed.

Qualifications to Have

• 5+ years working within a consultant role in a Salesforce.com environment. Experience in a Certified Salesforce.com Consultancy is a plus
• Proven, successful track record as business analyst and project manager
• Extensive experience utilizing various project management methodologies, especially Agile
• Salesforce.com Certifications : Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant. Business Analyst certification a plus
• Software industry experience a plus
