JOB SUMMARY
Under direction from the Director of Recruiting, this position will fulfill dentist recruiting needs for assigned practices.

SALARY RANGE : 100,000.00-110,000.00

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with Clinical and Operations teams to determine clinical talent needs and develops a recruiting plan / strategy and executes accordinglyDevelops and executes innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to fill open clinical positionsMakes initial candidate contact and builds relationships and networks with prospective candidates in an effort to increase interest level in current and / or future Elite Dental Partners' job opportunitiesUses LinkedIn, news and blog sources, and other social networking sites to identify and engage potential candidates (both passive and active candidates)In partnership with marketing and recruiting leadership, focus on recruitment marketing to expand reach and increase candidate activityManaging recruitment lifecycle for all assigned positions, which includes, but is not limited to, the following :Initial intake of positionPosting clinical job opportunitiesFinding qualified passive candidatesScreening all applicantsPresenting qualified candidates to hiring managers for considerationManages the selection and interview processPrepares and presents offer to selected candidate and manages all subsequent offer negotiations and obtains offer approvalDispositions all candidates in ATS and closes requisition accordinglyAssists in the hiring and onboarding process in partnership with Human Resources as neededPartners with Clinical and Operation leadership teams to review trends and predict clinical trends and therefore begin building a pipeline of talent accordinglyPartners with the recruiting team in school recruiting effortsLives Elite Dental Partners' purpose and values and serves as a brand ambassador on social media outlets, in school recruiting efforts, and with other opportunities for positive exposure for the companyEnsures all recruiting efforts are compliant with local, state, and federal lawsEnsures hiring managers have the tools and equipment to lead an effective and professional interviewOTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists, as needed, with the management of company social media accountsConstantly seeks new and innovative ways to improve sourcing processPartners with the recruiting leadership team on projects as requiredREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree with a business or human resources emphasis and 1 year of dentist recruiting experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience working in the Healthcare / Dental industry; dental preferredExperience partnering with dental schoolsQUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience with external source development, lifecycle recruitment management, use of social media applications, and excellent screening capabilitiesStrong communication skills (written and verbal), with proven ability to communicate and influence dentists and hiring mangersDemonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environmentStrong computer skills; proficient with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus) and Microsoft Office SuitePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
