Cafe Manager - Amazon

Job Summary

We're seeking a hands-on Caf Manager to oversee commissary food production, retail marketplaces, and an onsite coffee bar at our Amazon location. This is a full-time, onsite role scheduled MondayFriday, with shifts between 7 : 00 AM4 : 30 PM. The Caf Manager is responsible for daily operations, team supervision, and ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Hire, train, coach, and supervise associates
• Manage daily caf operations and ensure service excellence
• Oversee sanitation and safety compliance
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives and special events
• Monitor and operate within budget, identifying areas for improvement
• Perform additional duties as needed
