Partner Solution Architect

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with partners to validate and document business and technical solution requirements during onboarding.
• Perform technical solution qualification with early-stage companies to ensure they are ready for initiative onboarding.
• Provide technical feedback on architecture diagrams or offer guidance on requirements for migrating from other hyperscalers.
• Guide partners on technical issues, architecture reviews, and Marketplace onboarding.
• Develop and deploy repeatable solutions / assets to assist and encourage partners to adopt at scale.
• Capacity to engage in 500 level technical conversations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement ongoing monitoring to inform business policies and collaborate with partners to address any telemetry issues, in partnership with business and partner managers.
• Establish strong feedback loops with partners, operations, and product / engineering teams to deliver product enhancements that improve partner satisfaction.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Google Cloud services like BigQuery, AlloyDB, Cloud SQL, Kubernetes, Virtual machines and APIs to manage and handle onboarding issues.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Hard Core Strong Techie 10-15 Data Analytics 5-10 Generative AI 5+ BigQuery, AlloyDB, Cloud SQL, Kubernetes, Virtual Machine, APIs 5-10 GCP (Professional) Certified Java / Phython 5 Knowledge of SaaS 3-5 Knowledge of GCP Best Practices 3-5 Knowledge of Vertex AI, Gen AI tools 3-5
