In this role, you will provide administrative support to Senior Program Managers, additional program managers, special program teams and staff members from various functional organizations. The position requires a high level of proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

High School diploma, or equivalent experience / combined education, with additional specialized training in specific aspects of job functions and / or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks and 2 or more years of Administrative experience. Must be proficient in the full complement of Microsoft Office Suite and possess skills to compose correspondence and create presentation slides deck. Experience arranging meetings, makes travel arrangements, completes expense reports in Support of leaders and other program team members. Manage multiple personal and site calendars, and to assist with completing a variety of in-depth reports that are presented to upper management. Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance and must obtain Interim Secret Prior to Start; US Citizenship is required.
Experience with domestic & international travel arrangements and expense reports using Concur or other travel expense system. Ability to learn company specific systems at a fast pace and determine priorities to manage tasks effectively and expeditiously. Possess excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal and external management and staff. Work experience in a government contract environment. Demonstrates a professional presence as the liaison of several different functions at the site, as well as, the first point of contact for a variety of corporate executives and external military officers. Experience with SharePoint.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level : Secret.
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $42,600 - $75,095. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees : accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
