Job Description : We are looking for an experienced financial leader to serve as the Chief Financial Officer for a nonprofit organization dedicated to mission-driven work in Orlando, FL. The CFO will partner with the CEO and Board, leading financial strategy, operations, and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, providing financial insights and guidance.
• Lead and develop the finance team, shaping systems for organizational growth.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, payroll, and compliance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Drive modernization initiatives, evaluating and implementing new technology solutions.
• Collaborate with program and development teams on financial aspects of grants and campaigns.
• Communicate financial information effectively to leadership, staff, and board members.
• Maintain relationships with auditors, banks, and investment advisors.
