What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.

Assist visitors, employees, and / or customers by providing directions and answering general inquiries related to the location.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances and / or security-related breaches.

Support Allied Universal management by adhering to all company policies and reporting any security-related concerns or hazards encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements :

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Experience with computers or tablets is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
