The Institutional Product Group is foundational to Coinbase's institutional operations, supporting numerous large financial establishments. We pride ourselves on developing a scalable and secure crypto platform that supports various assets, allowing institutions to engage safely in the crypto economy through custody, staking, governance, and web3 gateways. This role presents the chance to work on cutting-edge technologies and infrastructure in a fast-paced industry.

The Institutional Staking Engineering team is tasked with building and maintaining systems for managing billions of dollars in staked digital assets across various blockchain networks. Staking is vital for our Custody experience, providing customers with the opportunity to generate yield on their digital holdings while enhancing the security of blockchain networks by mobilizing substantial assets for staking.

Your Responsibilities :

• Develop a long-term strategy for maintaining and scaling our backend systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to transform our product and technical vision into actionable quarterly roadmaps.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs.
